Join the electrifying live taping and listening-room concert of Progger, the trans-continental funk-fusion squad born from south Austin jam sessions!

Led by Oscar-nominated saxophonist and keyboardist Brian Donohoe, this powerhouse lineup features Carter Arrington on guitar, Matt Muehling on guitar, Ryan Hagler on bass, and Daniel Watson on drums. These in-demand pros have jammed with giants like Jon Batiste, Bruno Mars, Black Pumas, Jackie Venson, and Gary Clark Jr., blending jazz, funk, rock, and soul into music that hits every human emotion, no matter your background.

Catch the debut vibes from their hot-off-the-press fifth album, Chronology—recorded at east Austin's Church House Studio with far-flung family from New York, LA, and Japan, dropping in 2026 on La Reserve Records. Following indie gems Beatmaker and Populace, plus Ropeadope hits Scattering and Dystopia, Progger's global fanbase grew through epic shows with Parliament/Funkadelic, Knower, Funky Knuckles, and Snarky Puppy. Austin Live Music Fund helped make this magic happen!

  • BYOB fun: Grab cold still/sparkling water onsite, ice available, plus wine keys and 9oz cups provided.
  • 22 free parking spots first-come, first-served.
