Guided by Certified Guide, Teacher, Healer, Max Meditation™ Instructor, and professionally trained Ritual Master Jessica Beaver, this class introduces you to a structured meditation system from the Modern Mystery School. Expect a soothing blend of gentle guidance, relaxation, and quiet inner focus, all held within a cozy, temple-like space.
You’ll:
- Learn an effective step-by-step meditation method designed to support a consistent practice.
- Experience deep relaxation to invite clarity, stress relief, and inner healing.
- Engage with a like-minded group in a welcoming environment that’s perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
This session is open to ages 16 and up and is ideal if you’re craving quiet time, spiritual exploration, or a gentle reset at the end of your week. Advance registration is required, with a $25 fee to reserve your spot.
