The Venue

At the heart of Casa de Luz is their renowned plant-based restaurant serving organic, vegan, gluten-free meals prepared without refined oils or artificial additives. Their whole food philosophy emphasizes preserving the integrity and vitality of each ingredient, deriving essential fatty acids from freshly ground seeds and nuts rather than processed oils.
