The Peril at Pincer Point is a darkly comedic horror film that follows Jim Baitte, a struggling sound designer desperate to prove his worth. Sent to a remote, eerie island to capture the perfect sound for a b-movie director's latest project, Jim discovers that the locals whisper of an ancient curse—a ghostly sea captain who claims the souls of ambitious young people for his spectral crew.

As Jim navigates the island's bizarre inhabitants and chilling folklore, he begins to question whether recording the legend might cost him far more than just his career. This UK production, directed by Jake Kuhn and Noah Stratton-Twine, blends mystery and dark humor into a compelling tale of ambition, prophecy, and the price of success.
