Each Saturday morning, the goat pen transforms into an open-air sanctuary of droning doom metal, slow-flow yoga, and curious hooved helpers who wander through poses, nuzzle your mat, and occasionally decide your back is the perfect mountain to climb.
All skill levels are welcome, from first-time yogis to seasoned practitioners and metalheads who just want to stretch it out. Instructors guide you through a grounding practice while the soundtrack trades flutes for fuzz pedals, letting you explore the oddly perfect harmony between darkness and serenity.
