Zapata: A Folklórico Superhero Musical is a vibrant family musical that brings heritage and heroism together on stage! Follow Xochitl, a sixteen-year-old who dreams of becoming a folklórico dancer, as she discovers her superpowers and embarks on a fantastical adventure to rescue her mother from the villainous Helado.

This world premiere musical, created by Jesse J. Sanchez, is packed with traditional Ballet Folklórico dance moves, a scheming army of gatos, and an adorable talking chihuahua sidekick. With dazzling choreography by Mayra Agis and magical storytelling, it's a show where culture and courage collide to create an unforgettable hero's journey.
