The complex is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, making it perfect for evening leagues and competitions. The Capital City Athletics office is staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Games typically run 52 minutes, rotating weekly throughout each season. You can register online, email your registration form, or visit in person—walk-ins are always welcome!
