On May 23, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., you’ll kick things off at La Santa Barbacha on Manor Road and then hit the sidewalks for a guided walking adventure through Central East Austin. Over about 2.5 hours and roughly a mile of strolling, you’ll visit four nationally recognized taquerias and pause at three colorful murals that turn the neighborhood into an open-air gallery.

• Feast your way through a greatest-hits lineup of tacos, from slow-simmered barbacoa and rich mole to crispy, juicy, and spicy bites that locals rave about.

• Sip included non-alcoholic drinks and stay refreshed between stops, with the option to add a drink package if you want to level up with boozy sips.

• Soak up stories from your guide about each taco stop, the people behind the grills, and the way East Austin’s food scene has evolved.

• Snap photos at vibrant murals and a community-minded stretch of the neighborhood that shows off Austin’s creative side as much as its culinary chops.
