On Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 10:00 am, Pressure Gym is taking over the Zilker Brewing Co. patio for a FREE boxing + conditioning class. Instructors Devander and Casey Toural will guide you through a high-energy session that’s designed for all levels — from total beginners to seasoned punch-throwers.

You don’t need prior boxing experience to jump in. The focus is on movement, technique, and full-body conditioning, all wrapped in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Expect a mix of shadowboxing, footwork, bodyweight strength exercises, and cardio drills that will get your heart rate up and your energy way up.
