Austin’s own Hoaxxers are celebrating their brand-new EP on June 5, 2026, and they’re doing it the only way that makes sense: with a stacked bill of local punk, pop punk, and power pop bands all crammed into one high-energy night.
Hoaxxers come loaded with serious local pedigree. Members have done time in Joe Jitsu, Oldie Hawn, Dropped Out, Breaklights, The Johnny Five, Spanish Reds, The Koopas, Closet Drama, and Animal Train, so expect razor-sharp songwriting, mile-a-minute tempos, and singalong choruses that sound instantly familiar even if it’s your first listen.
The lineup rolls out like a fast-paced mixtape of Austin’s punk scene:
- Live Another Day kicks things off at 9:00 PM, setting the tone with driving guitars and restless energy.
- The Anchor hits at 9:45 PM, bringing punchy melodies and tight, anthemic riffs.
- Hoaxxers take the stage at 10:30 PM for the headlining record-release set, blasting through new EP cuts and favorites at full volume.
- Nite Sobs plug in at 11:15 PM, channeling late-night punk urgency and hook-heavy songs.
- Dropped Out closes things down at midnight, keeping the pit moving and the energy high to the very last note.
