Kids Summer Art Camp at Feats of Clay Pottery

Feats of Clay Pottery is kicking off summer with a creativity-packed Kids Summer Art Camp that’s all about getting hands gloriously messy and imaginations running wild.

From June 1–5, young artists ages 7–12 dive into an immersive, multimedia camp that runs daily from 9am–2pm. This isn’t a one-and-done project kind of week—it’s a full creative adventure powered by the many talents of the studio’s artist instructors.

• Pottery & sculpture – Kids get hands-on with clay, building functional pieces and playful sculptures.

• Printmaking – They’ll learn how to carve, ink, and pull their own prints like mini pros.

• Paper making & papier-mâché – Expect pulpy, textural magic as campers transform simple materials into custom paper and 3D forms.

• Wood working – Safe, supervised projects introduce them to simple tools and building basics.

• Mixed-media projects – All week long, campers experiment with combining materials in unexpected, imaginative ways.

• And more – The staff’s multi-skill background means surprise projects and creative twists throughout the week.

Each day wraps up with something extra special: the campers transform the studio into a mini gallery and display what they’ve made. By the end of the week, families are invited to a KIDS ART SHOW, where parents can walk through the exhibition, celebrate their artists, and see just how much they’ve created in only a few days.
