And the category is… Rococo Rebellion! The Majestic Ball returns for its fifth spectacular year, transforming the historic Paramount Theatre into a glittering palace of wigs, wigs, and more wigs on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 7:00 pm.

Imagine the grandeur of Versailles colliding with the high drama of ballroom culture: lights flashing, music blasting, and every inch of the theatre dripping in decadence, luxury, and just the right amount of scandal. It’s Pride Month’s crowning jewel, a night where the queens of the Majestic Ball outshine any royal court from the history books.

• Theme: The Rococo Rebellion – think powdered wigs, towering hair, gilded everything, and outfits so extra they’d shock Marie Antoinette.
• Dress code: Guests are enthusiastically encouraged to go all in on feathers, jewel-encrusted poufs, elaborate silks and satins, lace corsets, and any over-the-top rococo fantasy you can dream up.
• Headline talent: Royal performances from drag diva Diamond Dior Davenport, with the ballroom extravaganza hosted by the Icon Natalie Lepore and a special appearance by Shea Couleé.
• The ball: The biggest ball in Texas brings over $5,000 in cash prizes to the stage, as participants storm the runway and serve their very best in a series of OTA (Open to All) categories.
• How it works: Attendees can step onstage to be scored on attitude, performance, runway walk, bizarre expressions, voguing flair, and the sheer audacity of their lewks.
• Community spotlight: Produced by queers for queers (and their allies), the night celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community and showcases some of Texas’ most beloved QPOC artists.
• Part of a bigger celebration: The Majestic Ball is the grand finale of The Majestic Ball Week, the Paramount Theatre’s annual Pride celebration packed with queer-centered events leading up to the big night.
