The Mellows, Dom Francis, Nick Garza's Get Along

4.6

Details

Slip on your two-steppin’ boots and get ready for a night of boots, twang, and timeless tunes as three standout bands take over Sagebrush: The Mellows, Dom Francis, and Nick Garza’s Get Along.

Dom Francis isn’t just writing songs—he’s world-building. His music drifts through dreamlike deserts, quiet backroads, and hazy, late-night memories. Rooted in folk and rock but never confined by either, his songs feel like dispatches from a life lived constantly on the move: the Northeast, El Paso, Missouri, Appalachia, and now Texas. Expect analog warmth, cinematic storytelling, and melodies that hang in the air long after the last chord fades, with songs spanning his debut album "The Wanderer" through his latest release "The State of Things."

The Mellows bring pure Rock & Roll romanticism, forged in a Southern California garage and obsessed with harmony-heavy legends like The Everly Brothers and The Beatles. Fronted by brothers Colton and Zane Turner alongside lifelong friends, they channel the golden glow of 1950s and 60s American music. Their sound is all about tight harmonies, vintage tones, and songs that feel instantly classic. With four albums and a stack of singles recorded the old-fashioned way—analogue gear, live feel, and no shortcuts—their set shimmers with R&B, Country, Soul, and pure heart.

Nick Garza’s Get Along ties the night together with a distinctly Texan flair. As a 13th-generation Texan, Garza’s songwriting draws straight from the state’s musical bedrock—honky-tonk shuffle, dusty-front-porch ballads, and borderland storytelling. His rich baritone, nimble wordplay, and gut-string guitar create a Tex-eclectic country sound that’s deeply rooted in tradition while still feeling fresh. It’s the kind of music that makes you want to dance, sway, and shout the choruses back at the band.

  • Three acts, one stage, all heart: a perfect cross-section of modern roots, rock & roll, and Texas country.
  • Ideal for dancers, classic country fans, vintage rock lovers, and anyone who likes their nights loud, warm, and full of twang.
  • Bring your friends, grab a drink, and plan to stay for the whole bill—each band brings a different flavor to a perfectly matched lineup.

Whether you’re two-stepping, toe-tapping, or just leaning on the rail soaking it all in, this show promises a full evening of live music that feels both nostalgically familiar and thrillingly new.
