Kicking Out Transphobia - One Day Kickball Tournament
Details
Kicking Out Transphobia is turning the kickball diamond into a field of solidarity, sunshine, and seriously good vibes.
On June 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this one-day kickball tournament brings folks together to play, connect, and raise funds for the Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) — a BIPOC trans-led organization fighting for trans justice across the state.
This isn’t your typical hyper-competitive tournament. It’s built for community first, scoreboards second. All players sign up as free agents and are assigned to teams to help keep things fun and balanced, so no stacked “super squads” — just mixed-skill crews ready to cheer each other on.
- All experience levels welcome — from playground legends to total first-timers
- Inclusive, affirming environment centered on trans joy and support
- Free-agent registration so teams stay as even and welcoming as possible
- Friendly competition with a focus on fun, connection, and solidarity
- Every pitch, kick, and run helps support trans advocacy through TENT
Expect a laid-back day where you can meet new people, support your friends, and show up for Texas’ trans community in a tangible way. Think sneakers in the grass, pop flies, big laughs, and a shared commitment to kicking out transphobia on and off the field.
Whether you are signing up solo, rounding up friends, or just coming to cheer from the sidelines, this tournament is all about showing that community care is a team sport.
