Inspired by Bruce's Seafood Deli in Port Arthur, owners Brandon Underwood, Jamal Malveaux, and Stephanie Malveaux opened Saltt in December 2023 to share their passion for Southeast Texas cuisine. Their special salt and pepper seasoning (a secret blend that gave the restaurant its name!) adds incredible flavor to perfectly fried catfish, jumbo butterflied shrimp, and other seafood delights shipped fresh from the southeast coast.
