Spread & Co. is Austin's cutest little cheese shop, café & wine bar located in the Cherrywood neighborhood. What began in 2016 as a cheese and charcuterie board delivery company blossomed into a full-service brick-and-mortar establishment in 2019, co-owned by the passionate duo Rosemary and Austin Ewald who bring their expertise in restaurant management and cooking to this charming spot.

This cheese-centric café offers a delightful menu featuring coffee, breakfast, lunch, and same-day charcuterie. Their cheese-inspired dishes are truly special - try the "Croque Oui Oui" with brioche stuffed with prosciutto, raclette cheese, béchamel, caramelized onions, and a sunny side egg for breakfast. Their burger is considered one of the best in town, topped with raclette cheese, pickled mustard seed, pickled cucumbers, and caramelized onions.

The café boasts a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with cute murals and a patio perfect for enjoying your meal. They've expanded to a second location at The Contemporary Austin's Laguna Gloria, offering a smaller menu with more grab-and-go options including their innovative "charcuterie cones" - essentially a cheeseboard for on the go!
