Certified instructors lead you through gentle flows suitable for all skill levels—from curious beginners to avid yogis.
- All equipment provided, including donut boats and anchor systems.
- Classes run hourly on Sundays at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm.
- Bring your adventurous spirit, water, towel, and sunscreen.
- After class, treat yourself to coffee or pastries at the famous Mozart’s Coffee Roasters next door!
