Our build-your-own bowl concept empowers you to create the perfect meal in 5 simple steps:

1. Choose your base (white rice, brown rice, salad, or half & half)
2. Pick your protein (Ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, spicy tuna, tofu, or weekly specials)
3. Select a sauce (house, spicy house, garlic miso, sesame shoyu, and more exciting flavors)
4. Add mix-ins (crab salad, edamame, seaweed salad, avocado, cucumber, and many more options)
5. Top it off with your choice of delicious toppings (spicy mayo, furikake, hot Cheetos, garlic crisps)

Not just limited to bowls, we also offer pokerritos wrapped in regular seaweed or hot Cheetos!
