Welcome to Poke-Poke - Austin's premier Hawaiian poke destination! At our Shady Hollow location, we're bringing authentic island flavors to your neighborhood. As the first Hawaiian poke shop on the mainland, we've been crafting real, traditional poke since 2010.

What makes our poke special? We focus on fish-forward recipes that honor Hawaiian tradition - no assembly lines or Flaming Hot Cheetos here! Each bowl starts with premium fish tossed with shoyu (soy sauce), sesame oil, onion, and sesame seeds, then enhanced with select ingredients like avocado or ginger.
