Take a refreshing break in nature at Yoga in the Forest! Immerse yourself in serenity beneath the shade of pecan trees at Austin's beautiful food forest every Sunday at 11am. This accessible outdoor yoga class welcomes all levels and offers a unique blend of gentle movement and nature-centered meditation.

  • Enjoy gentle yoga guided by dedicated volunteers
  • Be surrounded by vibrant greenery and fresh air
  • No prior yoga experience required – every body is welcome!
  • Bring a mat and, if possible, a donation to help support the community food forest
  • After class, roam the edible and medicinal gardens or simply relax in the peaceful atmosphere

This is an uplifting, grounding way to connect with both nature and community each week.
