Hosted at OutWellness, this fitness session is specially designed for trans masc folks and their allies who want a safe, affirming community space.
- All experience levels are welcome, and workouts focus on building a strong, masculine physique—plus plenty of encouragement from friendly trainers.
- Bring a towel and water if you like (both are optional)! Just show up as you are.
- Sessions are donation-based, so everyone can participate no matter their budget.
