Le Bleu is a delightful Vietnamese restaurant bringing the next generation of Vietnamese street food to Austin since 2013! This cozy North Austin gem began as a food trailer called Saigon Le Vendeur before expanding to this brick-and-mortar location in the North Shoal Creek area.

Chef and owner Tebi Nguyen has created a menu that perfectly blends Vietnamese traditions with Austin flair. The restaurant's trendy yet comfortable interior provides a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy their incredibly fresh dishes - you won't find a brown-tinged or wilted leaf in sight!
