Beyond the recording studio, Napoleón brought his charisma to television, appearing in telenovelas and variety shows, and continued evolving musically through collaborations with major labels and projects like Tiempo al Tiempo, ¡Aventurero!, Las Canciones de Mi Vida, Necio Corazón, and Blanco y Negro. His albums Serie Max and Vive hit the Top 10 on the Latin Pop charts, with Vive topping charts in Mexico.

In recognition of his extraordinary career and influence, the Latin Recording Academy honored José María Napoleón with a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, placing him alongside the most revered figures in Latin music history.
