Zilker Relays 2025

Gear up for one of Austin's most energetic traditions at the Zilker Relays 2025! This unique relay race invites teams of four—each runner taking on a scenic 2.5-mile loop through Zilker Park, with a festive hub waiting at the transition area. It’s not just for athletes: whether you run, jog, or stroll, all faces and all paces are celebrated.

• Date: Friday, September 5, 2025
• Team relay: 4 runners per team, covering a total of 10 miles
• After-party: Enjoy a Tacodeli feast, local craft beer, and live music in the festival zone
• Kids' Dash: Fun run for children 13 & under, with shorter distances to match their pace
• Community impact: Proceeds support Marathon Kids, empowering youth fitness in Austin and beyond
• Party-friendly: Leashed, well-behaved pets can cheer from the festival area (dogs not allowed on the race course). No bikes or scooters allowed on the course.
