Step into a vibrant community atmosphere every Sunday at the Sunday 2nd Wave Ecstatic Dance in South Austin! Let go and move however your body wants with high-energy music that starts and ends smoothly, guiding you through 'waves' in the 5 Rhythms style.

• Free-form dance: express yourself there are no wrong moves!
• Welcoming and inclusive: everyone is invited to just be and move.
• Barefoot (or socks/dance shoes) for safety and ease.
• Alcohol-free, substance-free, and nonverbal event—bring pure, grounded presence.
• Respect, consent, and community at the core.
• Cost: $15-25 sliding scale—making dance accessible for all.
• Work trade available—be part of the experience in more ways!
• Arrive for a warmup at 12:45pm, join the opening circle at 1:30pm, and dance into the main wave until the closing circle at 2:35pm.
