• Sunday Morning Ecstatic Dance (South Austin) happens every Sunday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center.
• Each session includes a warm up, an opening circle, a dynamic dance 'wave,' and a closing circle—plus the chance for a second dance set if you're feeling energized!
• Everyone is encouraged to dance as they feel, following guidelines that honor consent, presence, and self-expression—no talking or phones on the dance floor, and no substances allowed.
• Parking is easy: use the lot behind the building off Allred Dr. and enter through the front blue door.
• The event is open to all, with a $15–$25 sliding scale entry. Come as you are—ready to move, connect, and celebrate being fully alive!
