Experience a joyful Sunday morning filled with movement, connection, and freedom at Sunday Morning Ecstatic Dance (South Austin)! This welcoming event invites you to move however you feel—no dance experience necessary—in a substance-free, supportive space.

• Happens every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Enjoy a gentle warm-up, a guided opening circle, a vibrant dance wave, and closing moments with the community.
• Run by Tribal Joy at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center.
• Sliding scale donation: $15/20/25 (kids under 18 dance free!), so everyone can join.
• Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes. Shoes are optional—let your feet feel the beat!
• Parking is easy in the paved and gravel lot behind the building—just follow the sidewalk to the blue door.
