Sunday 2nd Wave Ecstatic Dance (S. Austin) is an uplifting weekly dance gathering at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center in South Austin! Join a vibrant community for a free-form, barefoot dance journey with high-energy musical waves, calming beginnings and endings, and plenty of positive vibes.

• Absolutely no dance experience needed—every way you move is welcome!
• Expect inspiring music in the 5 Rhythms style, plus mindful community guidelines centered on respect, consent, and sobriety.
• Doors open at 12:45pm for a warmup, with the main dance wave beginning at 1:35pm and closing at 2:35pm.
• Park at the lot off Allred Dr. and enter through Suite C.
• Sliding scale entry ($15–$25) and work trade options available.
